Clinical Health Network for Transformation (CHN) is transforming how patients receive care.

  • Patient Access

    Our centralized call center assists patients with appointment scheduling, preregistration and financial verification. Our call center representatives can find appointments across 15 affiliate service areas.

  • Patient Navigation

    Our patient navigators help patients make an appointment for an abortion, and cover the cost of transportation and hotel stays for patients traveling more than 60 miles to a health center by connecting them with available justice funds and resources.

  • Central Billing Office

    Our central billing office (CBO) is responsible for managing the billing and revenue cycle for its affiliates by submitting claims to insurance companies, posting payments, and managing denials and appeals. The CBO helps providers maximize revenue and minimize financial risk.

  • Information Technology

    Our IT system supports all of the functions already listed through a consolidated, scalable IT ecosystem and integrated digital health platforms
